On behalf of Emergency One Urgent Care & Occupational Health Center I am pleased to introduce the first edition of our health newsletter Health-Beat. Emergency One is the most comprehensive urgent care & occupational medicine center in the Hudson Valley. As your partner in health, Emergency One recognizes the need to provide quick and responsive services to your company employees, your family & friends. Whether you become suddenly sick, are injured at work, home or play, our staff is uniquely qualified to provide the highest quality medical care at the lowest possible cost. We participate with most major insurance programs so that our services are accessible and convenient to you and your employees. Our co-pays are typically to 1/3 the cost of the emergency room.

Health-Beat is a forum for Emergency One to provide you with information to assist your employees in developing good healthy lifestyle habits. The articles written by our experts will focus on key medical and wellness issues that are affecting your workforce and their family today. Each newsletter will include an article that focuses on a latest medical, health & safety, mental health and/or wellness topic. In addition, Health-Beat will keep you updated on any new programs or events that Emergency One will be offering.
